Dr. Nelson Christian Stokes is the Founder and Executive Chairman of NCS Enterprises, a group of companies focusing on financial services, thought leadership, and sports administration. Under the NCS Financial Services Group, he offers fintech-powered alternative banking services to the unbanked and underbanked, with the goal of financial empowerment, capital formation, and economic mobility.

Barrington Whyte serves as the NCS Financial Services Group’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer, roles built on his wealth of experience and understanding of Financial Crimes and Anti-Money Laundering practices. The NCS eLoans team greatly benefits from his years of knowledge and involvement in economic research, general management and banking & finance which spans his illustrious 40-year career.

Former General Manager and CEO of C&WJ Credit Union, a role he served in for over 22 years speaks to his integrity and capacity to lead, which has placed him on several boards and committees internationally as Treasurer, Director, President and Chairman. Barrington the devout philanthropist is also a distinguished President and Charter Secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Liguanea in Kingston, having been a member for over 35 years.

Dr. Nelson has been involved professionally in a number of areas as Educator, Management Consultant and Environmentalist and has broken ground for women through her significant achievements. She is an intuitive coach, mentor and mediator. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, having gained the B.A. (Hons.) Degree, the Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education

Blossom O’Meally-Nelson is chairman of the Jamaica Association for Micro-financing, where she has worked closely with the Bank of Jamaica to effect regulation of the Micro Finance sector. She is an ardent advocate for the sector, emphasizing the industry’s role as a significant driver for economic growth. 

Kayon Stokes boasts a proven track record in the turnaround and growth of NCS eMoney Services, a start-up financial services company, with a focus on team development, customer relationships, service levels and system efficiencies. A successful career and extensive experience in the delivery of technology driven financial services, particularly as the Divisional Assistant Vice President at UBS, one of the world’s largest financial institutions. Mentors and develops staff while introducing a holistic approach to health and work/life balance in order to obtain optimal employee performance.
