Job Summary:

The Analytical Development Research Associate will support laboratory research by executing in vivo and in vitro studies, performing routine lab maintenance, and analyzing experimental data. The role involves following established protocols and SOPs while contributing to preclinical research in a collaborative, regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct animal studies, including dose administration via various routes (IP, IM, SQ, intradermal, oral gavage)
• Monitor and record animal health and perform daily assessments
• Assist with necropsies and tissue/organ dissections
• Prepare materials and support dosing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized data records (electronic and paper-based)
• Follow GLP, GMP, and GDP practices as applicable
• Perform general lab maintenance and equipment care
• Learn and apply analytical tools (e.g., JMP) for data analysis
• Support ongoing studies and contribute to method development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field
• 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in handling research animals (mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits)
• Familiar with basic lab techniques and equipment
• Willingness to work weekends as needed
• Experience with dose formulation and study data analysis
