New Edge Associates is collaborating with a reputable banking partner that is currently hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Relationship Officer in Miami, FL.

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Commercial Loan Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and real estate-secured loans. The role focuses on maintaining a profitable loan book, achieving performance goals, and cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management and servicing of commercial loan accounts.
• Support loan structuring, analysis, documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities for bank products to deepen client relationships.
• Help ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies.
• Maintain strong client service standards and contribute to portfolio profitability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or loan operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan structures and collateral requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
