Job Description

TLA is seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications, managing everything from the user interface to the server-side logic and databases. You will work within a cross-functional Agile team, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and perform optimally across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain  both front-end architecture and back-end applications using modern languages and frameworks.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code  while adhering to best practices in software development.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade  existing software to optimize performance and security.

· Collaborate  with cross-functional teams, including designers and data scientists, to define, design, and ship new features.

· Implement  continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment processes.

· Write technical documentation for new and existing applications and processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

· Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React,  Angular , or Vue.js.

· Experience with various server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) is essential.

· A strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and version control systems like Git is also required.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills, are highly valued.
