Serve as Guest Experience Host at Allegacy Field / LJVM Coliseum with a focus on selling premium seating and VIP experience options on the night of an event. Provide excellent service and hospitality to guests. Maintain constant communication with staff and guests to ensure highly personalized service. Responsibilities include upselling premium inventory to event attendees, managing inventory, contributing to nightly sales goals, providing venue information, recognizing VIP clients and key personnel, coordinating operations with management and staff, building customer relationships, overseeing VIP areas, and maintaining professional grooming standards. Qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, multitasking, being personable and confident, and having a flexible schedule. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience in selling or customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often loud environment with physical demands such as prolonged standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent stair climbing.
