Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing patient needs. Guide patients through the eyewear selection process with your extensive knowledge of product lines. Analyze and discuss patients' vision problems to recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure all prescriptions are accurately managed throughout the office. Boost sales by promoting key product features and services. Maximize insurance benefits for patients through comprehensive explanations. Maintain knowledge of retail pricing and cost of goods to provide value to our patients. Educate patients on lens care and adaptation to new prescriptions. Utilize technical tools for precise fitting and measurements. Communicate any delivery delays immediately to patients. Conduct follow-up calls to check on patient satisfaction after eyewear delivery. Perform eyewear adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort. Keep displays organized and appealing, and manage product returns. Process patient payments accurately and maintain a welcoming office environment. Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed and grow professionally. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be State Board Certified as a Licensed Dispensing Optician. A degree in a related field is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in a similar eyewear environment. Successful background in retail customer service. Strong communication skills and a knack for building patient relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
