Job Purpose

As a Quality Engineering Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in leading technical projects within our Quality Engineering (QE) organization. You’ll guide a talented team, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that our projects are on track. Your expertise will be invaluable as you navigate complex challenges and drive our success.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead investigations for Mass Production and New Model related to specifications and testing.
• Act as QE-PL for complex projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Engage in departmental initiatives like budgeting and business planning to foster continuous improvement.
• Manage daily operations and schedules to keep the team on track.
• Share your technical expertise with the team, both formally and informally.
• Verify test results before seeking management approval.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years of verifiable engineering or testing experience.
• 2+ years of verifiable project leadership experience.

Working Conditions

• Work is split between office and production areas.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in the production area.
• Flexible schedule required, including shifts and weekends.
• Overtime may be necessary to support department needs.
• Willingness to travel less than 50% of the time.
