What Does It Take to Succeed?

To navigate a busy shift delivering packages, you’ll need:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs .
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
• To pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Your Work Schedule

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work 8 to 10 hours per day . Your workdays may vary between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday , depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, which is a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. It could even lead to a permanent position with even more benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers enjoy an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $23.00/hour.
