About the Role Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Brand Management, the Senior Manager will collaborate with Creative Partners, regional channel leads, Merchandising, Product Design, and Marketplace teams to embody and promote The North Face brand ethos globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our lifestyle brand, engaging with expressive consumers and exploring new marketing avenues. You will oversee one direct report and lead brand strategy across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a modern, distinctive strategy for The North Face's lifestyle segment, balancing authenticity with innovation. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture partnerships within fashion, retail, and outdoor industries. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Campaign Management: Lead annual and seasonal campaigns aligned with brand goals. Product Marketing: Oversee marketing strategies for apparel, footwear, equipment, and accessories. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on brand performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Innovation: Drive creative marketing initiatives to engage the next generation. Budget Management: Oversee budgets for creative productions and partnerships. People Leadership: Manage and develop team members. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in global brand marketing within the fashion/lifestyle industry. Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies. Deep understanding of fashion, streetwear, and lifestyle culture. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical abilities. Creative, innovative, and curious mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and social media platforms. Location: Denver, CO, with hybrid options in key markets. Preferred Skills Connection to outdoor activities like snow sports, climbing, or trail running. Educational background in Marketing or Business; advanced degrees are a plus.
